My Assignment

I have never valued life until I started valuing my own.

I use to live very consumed with my own objectives in this world and not the subjects born to me in this world.

I was certain that providing the basic needs for my children would be the best I could do. Clothes, food, a roof over their head, and of course security.

It wasn’t until the day they found a tumor in my sinus cavity on valentines day while my four children wait in the waiting room that I realized it was bigger than basics.

On my self-discovery, I have found out some very alarming information.

My conclusion

Now any able body can have a baby. It takes a mother to carry out the assignment of raising a child.

To be a mother and to carry out the assignment is a blessing in its self.

I have been blessed with 6 children from my womb and being the awesome god he is.

He has blessed me with two amazing kids outside my womb.

My God makes no accidents. Each and every one of my kids is destined for greatness. They each have their own purpose. Without me fulfilling my assignment they will not fulfill their purpose. My assignment is vital.

Now it has been told to some that children are an inconvenience or even a burden. Completely wrong. My children at different moments of my life were super hero’s they altered changes and saved my life for the better. They have matured me, made me accountable, dependable, and overall a more driven human.

Now being that my first ministry is my children. I must teach them love, compassion, wisdom, and to have the best relationship with God they can. When they don’t have anything they have God. Now that sounds easy RIGHT. No, it’s not. Dazed by the world around them it can be difficult, not impossible. But I have this unshakable faith. God will turn any and everything formed against my children to good.

Now I have been granted the honor of raising 7 completely different kids. Amazing and driven in their own ways. I am guiding 1 young adult with the mental strength of women beyond her years ( very resilient) her love and compassion for her daughters are truly breath taken to watch.

God has shown me my assignment in each and every one of them. I will mother them AND guide them in their own desired ways. Teach them to be kind to others AND to lead with their hearts.

Life is more than the shoes, clothes, and phones I work so hard to provide… Their biggest want is me.. their mother. My time My influence My attention.

We are here to deliver and ensure unconditional love

Let’s not lose sight of our assignment

I dedicate this one to Tatum, Aniya, Easah, Cam, Ava, Aaliyah, Noah, and Noel

Love always, Mom
